Decisions on way for council spending

Every year the Council has to decide how much money to spend on services and improvements to Blackburn with Darwen and its facilities. This budget process runs throughout the year and includes a formal process when the Government announces how much money it is going to give for the following financial year. Local people are always given an opportunity to have a say on plans.
