Prior approval householder extensions: how to apply

The new legislation (statutory instrument 2013 No.1101) comes into force on the 30th May 2013, and relates to single storey rear extensions (between 3 metres and 6 metres for terraced/semi-detached houses), and between 4 metres and 8 metres for detached houses.
