Rationale
The Ombudsmans report is accurate in all significant respects. The Council does not propose to take issue with her conclusions and recommendations.

Financial implications
Payment of £5000 to be made to the complainants in recognition of the extended loss of amenity suffered. The costs will be met from within the Regeneration portfolio’s resources.

The Council to seek to have the unlicensed waste removed from the site in accordance with the requirements of the enforcement notices.
