Local Strategic Partnership (LSP)

What is the LSP?

The Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) is the borough's largest and most influential partnership body.  It is made up of representatives from the public sector, the private sector, and the third sector.  All of the partners work together to improve services to all the people of Blackburn with Darwen.

What does the LSP do?

The partnership is responsible for creating a vision for the borough and sets up mechanisms to deliver that vision.  All of this information can be found on the LSP site.
