The Enterprise Centre is the ideal location and environment to grow your business.  The haven offers offices ranging in size from 520 sq ft to 700 sq ft. Offices are modern and contemporary in design. 

Businesses can rent premises at Blackburn Enterprise Centre on an easy-in easy-out basis.  Rental charges are inclusive of water service charges, background heating, insurance of the fabric of the building and the cleaning and maintenance of the excellent common areas.
