On-street parking

Blackburn with Darwen Council offers parking options to suit all residents’ needs. 

The first hour’s parking is free at the following long stay, on-street, locations:

Chapel Street, Feilden Street, France Street, Heaton Street, Paradise Lane, Paradise Street, Princes Street, Clayton Street, Mill Lane, St Peter Street, Tattersall Street, Vernon Street and Weir Street.

A ticket is still required to claim the first hour’s parking for free, any longer stays require payment.

For shorter visits, affordable parking is available at the following short stay, on-street, locations with tariffs starting at 20p:

Barton Street, Bridge Street, Cardwell Place, Darwen Street, Jubilee Street, King Street, Lord Street West, Pilkington Street, Ainsworth Street, Blakey Moor, Duke Street, High Street, James Street, King William Street, Limbrick, Museum Street, Northgate, Preston New Road, Richmond Terrace, Simmons Street, Tackett Street and Victoria Street.

Some of these streets allow longer stays, always check the machine before purchasing your ticket.
