Turton Tower

A delightful Tudor house in woodland gardens

Turton Tower imageSet against the beautiful West Pennine Moors, Turton Tower lies nestled amongst ancient trees, with rolling lawns framed by high stone walls.

The peaceful and romantic house and grounds are magical places to explore whether you are young or old. The house has evolved over five centuries from a simple defensive tower, to become a luxurious home.

Today the house still captures the spirit of the Tudor and Victorian ages and displays one of the finest collections of period furniture and paintings in the region.
