IT's easy - go digital! is Blackburn with Darwen's Community Capacity Builders' Project which supports digital independence.

There are 9 million people in the UK who have never used the internet and who would benefit from learning how it works. Help is at hand as the library service is at the heart of a network of local agencies committed to supporting those who want to go on line but are in need of instruction as they take their first steps. April Newsletter now available.

Free courses are offered at all libraries and are suitable for complete beginners who need support. Those who take part are given a 'taste' of the digital experience as they gain new skills and explore the virtual world.
