Darwen Leisure Centre has an impressive 25 metre, eight lane, swimming pool; a teaching pool; a main gym with 80 pieces of equipment; a multi-purpose fitness studio; a multi-use sports hall and activity rooms that are available for a range of courses and room hire.

- Monday-Friday: 7am-10pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9am-5pm
Fitness Gym & Memberships
The gym comprises of 80 pieces of cardio vascular and resistant equipment including treadmills, spinning bikes, gym circuits, cross trainers and free weights.
The opening times for the gym are above.
The gym is available under the re:fresh free leisure programme each Saturday and Sunday between 1pm & 5pm.
All users must attend a gym induction at a Blackburn with Darwen Leisure Centre prior to their first time visit.
