Blackburn with Darwen Council now uses the Fix my Street service as one way for you to report problems in your neighbourhood which are broken or dirty or damaged or dumped, and need fixing, cleaning or clearing.
The map above shows current problems in and around the borough that have been reported using Fix my Street. If you click on one of the blue map markers you'll see a summary of that problem in a pop-up bubble.
The Fix my Street website also has reports on problems that have already been fixed and shows statistics about problems that have/haven't been fixed within Blackburn with Darwen and from other UK local authoriries.
All you need to do is to go to the Fix my Street website, enter the postcode where the problem is located and follow the instructions. We will be informed by Fix my Street of the problem and you should receive an email from us with a reference number at the email address you submitted on the Fix my Street website.
If you would prefer to report a problem directly to us without using Fix my Street you can do so by seeing the links below or calling the Council on (01254) 585585.
