Council Tax paperless billing

To register to receive email notifications of new Council Tax notices and stop receiving paper bills, you can either:

  • Complete the online form: Please note that by continuing with this request, all people named on the bill agree to receive notification of all future Council Tax bills and notices from Blackburn with Darwen Council by email to the email address you are about to provide. For accounts that have more than one liable party on the account, additional email addresses can be added.
  • Telephone: 01254 585440. All we need is you name, your address within Blackburn with Darwen and the email address you want your paperless bill email to be sent to.
  • If you already have an online Council Tax account you can sign-in using the username and password that you have created. Once in your account, click the Update link next to Account details and switch to paperless bills.
