Free parking on Sundays in Blackburn
Parking is free on all Council owned car parks within Blackburn town centre on Sundays and bank holidays.
Parking excludes privately owned car parks such as The Mall shopping centre and Market St Lane.

Parking in Blackburn Town Centre is predominately pay and display car parks and on-street bays, divided into long and short stay.
If you are using these facilities you should make sure that you have change with you to pay for your parking. The machines take coins only and do not give change.
Please park within the bays, this allows other motorists to make use of the adjacent bays.
Feilden Street multi storey car park is a 'pay-on-foot' car park situated in Blackburn Town Centre.
