Blackburn with Darwen Help Hub user survey
Residents who had received food parcels from the BwD Help Hub were asked to complete a survey to help us understand the impact of this service during lockdown.
80.7% of respondents told us that they had to leave home fewer times during lockdown as a result of support from the Help Hub. 68% of these respondents also indicated that they did not have to leave home at all during the lockdown period to shop for essential items.
90.7% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that the Help Hub made them feel that they weren’t alone during the crisis, and 82.1% said that the support reduced their worries at this difficult time.
