Missed bins collections
The refuse and recycling crews collect waste Monday to Thursday between 7am to 5pm.
You can report a missed waste collection up until 12pm, the day after collection.
If the bin has been missed accidentally or could not be collected due to a street access problem, we will try to rearrange the collection for you.
Please do not report a missed collection of a bin that the Council has indicated could not be collected for other reasons, for example the wrong type of waste in the bin.
If you are able to resolve the problem, then your bin will be collected on the next scheduled collection.
Report a missed bin collection
The garden waste crew collect waste Friday to Saturday between 7am to 5pm.
You can report a missed waste collection up until 12pm, the following Monday.
Please note, the crew will return for your missed bin the following weekend (Friday or Saturday).
