Public space protection orders

Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) are designed to stop individuals or groups committing anti-social behaviour in a public place.

This can also include the use of alley gates where this type of crime and disorder and anti-social behaviour is related to the use of alleyways.

A PSPO will be in place for a period of up to three years from the start date.
