Equality Watch 2022-23

The annual Equality Watch Report 2022/23 provides information on our workforce in accordance with the Equality Acts (2010) and Public Sector Equality Duty. Under the Equality Act 2010 we have a statutory duty to ensure that we consider the needs of all individuals in their day-to-day work – in shaping policy, delivering services and in relation to our employees. The Act requires all public sector bodies to publish annual information to demonstrate their compliance with the general equality duty.
