Commercial contracts

A commercial property is either:

  • a business
  • a school
  • a rented property which is currently vacant

Contracts are available for most commercial establishments such as shops, offices, factories, schools, food preparation premises etc. and offer preventative treatments for some pests.

A contract involves:

  • an agreed number of visits per year
  • treatment for specified pests
  • treatment in specified areas e.g. school kitchens

The cost of a contract is based on a combination of the above.

Additional 'one off' treatments for areas of your premises, are not included in the contract nor treatment of other types of pests. These services will be charged for separately.

    Charges

    • Rats: £200.00 (inc. VAT) (3 visits)
    • Mice: £200.00 (inc. VAT) (3 visits)
    • Cockroaches: £200.00 (incl VAT) (3 visits)
    • Fleas: £135.00 (inc. VAT) (2 visits)
    • Wasps: £65.00 (inc. VAT) (per visit)
    • Bed Bugs: Price on application
    • Garden Ants: £65.00 (inc. VAT) (per visit)
    • Moles: price on application

    Gardens are the natural habitat of mice, therefore treatment is not available in this environment.

    All payments must be received up front, either via debit/credit card, or at one of the Councils collection points.​​​​
