At Growth Lancashire, our mission is to contribute towards growing productivity, prosperity and places across Lancashire. Our role is diverse and focuses on supporting businesses to grow, caring for and developing Lancashire’s heritage and cultural assets, securing and delivering external funding, and promoting Lancashire and encouraging investment.

Our employing body is Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. Further information regarding the company can be found at http://www.growthlancashire.co.uk/about/

The company employs a range of Associates. For example, we employ Associate Business Relationship Managers who deliver our Boost Business Lancashire contract, in addition to an Associate Conservation and Heritage officer who provides conservation officer duties to our Local Authority partners.

As we continue to diversify our services, we're looking for experienced Associate Consultants to join our team on a casual basis, particularly across our Heritage and Culture activities. In what will be a varied and demand-led role, we would welcome interest from individuals who have a broad range of skills, including: Bid writing, feasibility studies, business plans, operational reviews, research, developing new business and delivery of masterclasses/workshops. Equally, you may be experienced in delivering a specific service, such as Conservation.

Case studies for a range of projects we have worked on can be viewed on our website – http://www.growthlancashire.co.uk/business-support-funding/heritage/ - and further information, along with the key requirements for the role is attached.

If you share our passion for growing productivity, prosperity and places across Lancashire, then we would love to hear from you.
