Submitting a CON29
CON29s can be submitted by email, through the National Land Information Service or tmgroup.
When submitting a CON29 please provide the CON29 forms with a full postal address and postcode, including plot numbers if applicable and an up to date plan showing the property/land clearly edged in red with 2 road names .
If completing Box C, you must state the roads names (up to three) and hatch on a plan the roads to be searched, contact details and telephone number for card payments.
We aim to turn around CON29 requests within 10 working days.
The results of your sCON29 request will be emailed, or sent back electronically if received through NLIS and tmcore websites.
