Feilden Street multi-storey and Undercroft car parks
Feilden Street multi-storey car park (BB2 1LQ) and Feilden St Undercroft car parks are within 5 minutes walking distance from the main shopping centre, King Georges Hall, Blackburn Sports and Leisure Centre and Blackburn College.
The car parks are staffed during opening hours.
CCTV is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week out of opening hours (see below).

Prices and payment
Pay on foot car park. Contactless entry and exit system in place.
ANPR will record your vehicle upon entry and you pay at the machine before leaving the car park. Terminals are sited at all entrances and the machines take coin and card (no change given).

Concessions
- Blackburn Leisure Centre users – please see the gym receptionist, with your membership card, to take advantage of the 3hrs free parking
- Reel Cinema Users – please ask when purchasing your tickets to take advantage of the 4hr free parking offer
- There are no concessions for Blue Badge Holders – excepting the above
Electric Vehicle Charging
There are three (7kW) electric vehicle charge points at the Feilden Street multi-storey. The tariff is 44p/kW, plus 25p per session. You also have to pay for car parking for the full length of your stay.
If you park in a space reserved for electric vehicle charging and you do not charge your car, you may get a Penalty Charge Notice.
There is currently no electric vehicle charging available at the Undercroft car park.
