Please note: when you are asked for the account number on the automated payment line, this refers to the DB or LY number on your penalty charge notice.

Please make cheques or postal orders payable to: Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. Include the Penalty Charge Notice (DB or LY) number and your address on the reverse.

You can pay your penalty charge at any outlet displaying the Pay Point logo. To make payment, you will need your penalty charge notice that displays a barcode.
