Parking permits

There are 2 options for permit contract parking around Blackburn town centre that can save up to 50% per year on parking charges (prices based on ‘all day’ tickets).

These permits are for either parking on long stay car parks or on Feilden Street multi-storey car park.

Permits are valid Monday to Friday.

Payment is either by cheque (with your application) or by direct debit for a minimum period of 6 months.

Current charges are:

• Surface car parks – from £50.00 per month
• Feilden Street Multi-Storey car park - from £55.00 per month.
