The masterplan for the North Blackburn development site was adopted by the Council on 16 March 2017. A copy of the masterplan is available in the documents section below.
A report summarising the public consultation carried out during the preparation of the masterplan has been completed (Masterplan for North Blackburn Development Site: Public Consultation Report, October 2016). It provides a summary of the main issues raised and how these have been taken into account in the final version of the masterplan.

The Council has prepared a community newsletter outlining resident feedback from the public consultation and the actions being progressed by the Council to take the issues raised into account in finalising the masterplan. The newsletter has been distributed to residents within the surrounding area including those adjoining the site within the Ribble Valley. You can view the newsletter below.
